The Nourished Mother

Supporting women on their fertility journey, through childbirth, and in postpartum care.

Where women come home to the ancient wisdom of their bodies.

Fertility • Birth • Cycle Health

When I first meet a mother, it often begins quietly, over tea, surrounded by the soft hum of anticipation.
We sit with her story, her hopes for birth, and the unspoken questions that may live beneath the surface:
Will I be able to do this? What if I lose control? How will I know what to do when it’s time?

These are the moments that begin our work together - three visits before birth that become more than appointments.

They are spaces to soften, to listen, and to remember what the body already knows.

→ Step into birth with trust in your body and unwavering support.

The Journey of Birth Preparation

🌸 Visit One: The Birth Vision
We map your birth vision - not a rigid plan, but a landscape of what helps you feel safe.
We explore what calms your nervous system, what touch feels grounding, and how your partner can attune to your rhythm.

🌸 Visit Two: Somatic Connection
We move with breath and awareness, connecting to the fascia and softening the body’s holding patterns.
Through somatic movement, your body learns to yield instead of brace. Breath becomes our language. Breath becomes trust.

🌸 Visit Three: Nourishment & Ritual
We turn toward nourishment- creating herbal teas and rituals that prepare you for the sacred threshold ahead.

🌸 Visit Four: The Postpartum visit

I arrive with a home-cooked meal, postpartum tea, and space to share your birth story.
- It’s a tender time, a time to integrate, rest, and be held in return.

Because birth work isn’t just about the day of labor - it’s the weaving of safety and familiarity long before it begins.

Birth Support

I offer continuous in-person support throughout your labor and birth.

Together, we create a grounded, trusting environment - through breath, presence, and connection.

I guide partners in somatic communication techniques, help you advocate within medical settings, and hold emotional space so you feel safe, centered, and fully supported as your body leads the way.

Postpartum Care

After birth, the body asks for softness, nourishment, and time to integrate.
I offer in-home visits to support your physical recovery, emotional well-being, and transition into motherhood.

Each visit includes:

  • Warm, nutrient-rich meals and postpartum teas

  • Herbal and nutritional remedies for rest, milk supply, and hormone balance

  • Breath and somatic practices to release tension and restore alignment

  • A safe space to process your birth story and be witnessed

Motherhood is not meant to be done alone. You deserve to be held as deeply as you hold others.
