You know that the gift of the cross is knowing that you never walk alone. However, at times, it feels as though your body is so wound with tension and worry that you have tunnel vision. You feel as though you are chasing down the days rather than living them. You desire to drop the yoke you carry and to "pick up the yoke of Christ” so that you feel God's peace permeating every cell of your body. You're ready to quiet your mind and soften your heart so that you can experience and delight in your relationship with God, your body, and your loved ones.
You feel on a bone-deep level that you are not a process. You are a beloved woman. You’re ready to ditch the process of “finding and losing” yourself over and over and claim your identity as a woman with Divine design and purpose.
You are ready to feel ravished and raptured by love. You ache to feel the pleasure that pulses through your body when you are surrendered to your love and to God. You’re ready to dissolve the hardness around your heart so that this is your felt reality. You’re ready to feel awakened by the presence of Love.
You know what makes pleasure radiate throughout your body while making love. You’re ready to cultivate the unshakable confidence to convey these sensitive needs to your love in a way that inspires him to love you in a way that breaks through the mechanics of routine sex and embodies lovemaking as the physical prayer it is.
You learned early on that taking care of others and keeping your own needs silent is a sure way to prevent being abandoned or hurt. Yet, you’re ready to own the truth that you are a blessing to love. You know that the love that is for you desires you in your power and authenticity. You are ready to rewrite the patterns of your nervous system to feel confident, safe, and comfortable speaking your needs and desires. Knowing that when you do, you will attract the love that desires to win you, ravish you, and cherish you.
You are ready to ditch the ultra-independent act and soften to life, your love, and God.

push past the point of exhaustion to meet the needs of others (this is different from soul-led service!)
continue to pour out when you feel tired, brittle, or fragile (Jesus took long stretches of time away to be with God!)
suppress your needs or desires to be “easy to love” by the people in your life.
be a support system for others but ask for little support for yourself.
make sex easy for your love and therefore, ignore what would feel good for your body.
Keep your own voice small and take up as little space as possible.
Always be “happy”.
Put in a tampon, take the pain meds, and keep going even when your body is bleeding and asking for rest.
And embody the truth that you are CHERISHED and ready to:
Heal the patriarchal wound on the nervous system level and feel your perspective shift. Feel your body as the vessel through which the Femininity of God moves (this is Biblically and traditionally supported, love!)
Somatically dissolve the walls within the body that constrict the flow of your voice. Through sound and meditative prayer, move your power in God through your body and feel your voice radiate into the world with a resonance that is unique to your calling and Divinely-ordained work.
Heal within your own body the tension that severs the soul-expanding love that is designed to exist between the man and the woman. That which is intended to be embodied through lovemaking. Cultivate the safety within your own body to communicate your heart, needs, and boundaries in a way that ignites his passion for you and his desire to claim you and ravish you.
Shake off the anxiety, worry, or fear. You know that these patterns of the mind and the nervous system are of the world and that you are promised freedom from their burden. Work with the divine design of your body to shake away “stuck emotions” and feel God’s peace and presence as your reality.
Root into your purpose and passion for your life. Clear away, on the body-felt level, the story that you are a process or constantly “being found”. Feel your power move through you with clarity as you claim with your whole heart and body (this is deeper than “thinking it”) your identity as a woman who is created for impact and a life purpose that propels you through life with joyous aliveness.
On a somatic level, rewrite the story that you must give “without needing” to be loveable. This is the imprint of conditioning, not of your Divine design. Somatically remap your nervous system to expand your capacity to receive love and feel your identity as CHERISHED.

Dear Cherished Woman,
I have been there. I learned early on that friends tended to stay around when my voice was small, or when I assumed the role of the “dumb” or “spacious” friend. As someone who thinks and feels deeply, these worldly-assigned identities couldn’t be further from the truth of who I am. Yet, they kept me safe from abandonment… until I met the love of my life.
Meeting him, I saw two clear paths ahead of me. I could speak my deepest needs, longings, values, and beliefs. I could trust that if our union was meant to be, then such truth would only strengthen our foundation. Or… I could play small and eager to please.
I had healed these patterns in my family and friendships long before meeting him, but meeting him took it to another level… for I had never healed these wounds in my relationship with the masculine, and at the deepest level, with God.
With the two paths ahead of me, I choose the hard. I chose the transformation. I chose to mature my masculine energy of self-expression so that I could soften to his love and leadership. The outcome? A love rich in friendship, safety, play, and chemistry that continues to deepen and delight. An intimate life that breaks through mechanics, touches the bliss of the soul, and only amplifies attraction and chemistry.
Life is blissful when we have the inner strength to soften to God, life, and our love. When we dissolve the independent act, we’re available to feel and move in response to love and spirit!
